Upcoming events and recurring meetings.
This call is for any ICUF Libraries that would like to host the ICFU Annual Meeting in May 2027. We would like to make this meeting a multi-day one with presentations, professional development, conversations, and socializing. The requirements for hosting this meeting are below.
• One large room with AV where all attendees - 30-50 - can gather and suitable for serving meals.
• 3 smaller rooms with AV for breakout sessions.
• Ability to facilitate breakfast and lunch for days. The Steering Committee plans on asking vendors to sponsor each day's lunch, but the host site would need to provide breakfast.
• Nearby hotel(s)
• A venue for a social event for the night between. The host location would plan the social.
• Flexible on days and dates, but preference is for second-half of May (weeks of the 10th, 17th, and 24th) on a Thursday and Friday.
Responses are due by 9 December with a decision being announced in late January/early February.

Buzz Sessions are one hour Zoom discussions open to staff at all ICUF member libraries. Come and listen, provide us with your perspective, and share information that helps everyone. Zoom links for our Buzz Sessions are sent out via the ICUF Libraries listserv.
